Recently I've been on a bit of a steampunk kick. Its a realm of a fantasy I've been interested in for quite some time, but never had the time or resources to devote to creating anything out of it.
Turns out I finally found some time and money to devote to a few projects, and I started with this: The Steampunk telephone. Its not an elaborate mod, but I feel the effect is definitely felt. As its my first piece I agree that it could use some work, and that bronze paint != automatic steampunk, but even still I hope steampunk lovers will appreciate the effort.
Oh, and I should probably add: this is a REAL working phone. Plug this baby in and its good to go!
